Our guide was very responsive and diligent in following through with communications. She sent reminders to make sure we have the necessary documents with us upon entering Turkmenistan. She was very accommodating, always on her toes to make sure we're ok, and our needs were met. She made it smooth for us to go through the border (which could be tricky), had a good driver, yurt accommodations and itinerary all well-organized. We won't have been able to travel on our own as smoothly without her. She spoke fluent English and certainly knew her way around. She was very informative about current affairs and history and was cool to hang out with. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to visit Turkmenistan!

Guide did a great job of organizing my trip. There was a lot of back and forth to accommodate my specific schedule. He was proactive, and gave me several options. He kept me informed while I waited for my visa. Once I arrived, guide was always available. Good suggestions for restaurants, and able to make sensible minor changes to the schedule when needed. Our driver kept us on schedule, in a clean, safely operated minivan. We covered a lot of ground in a week, and I thoroughly enjoyed it all I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend him and his associates if you`re considering a trip to Turkmenistan.
